Paid leave in presidential elections.

ROMERO PINEDA & ASOCIADOS informs you that in accordance with Article 113 of the current Electoral Code, any employer of employees who have been selected and appointed by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal to be part of the Vote Receiving Boards, must grant them paid leave for the time they training and the performance of their duties last on the day of the presidential elections, scheduled for Sunday, February 3, 2019. In addition, employers will be obliged to grant them paid leave the day after the elections, that is, Monday, February 4. of this year.
