Jose Roberto Romero is the Managing Partner and Vice President of the firm. He is a recognized expert in intellectual property, franchise and corporate Law.

Jose Roberto is Vice President and Managing Partner of the firm. He has been with Romero Pineda & Asociados since 1984, engaging and specializing in Intellectual Property. He led the consolidation and diversification of the services of the IP department. Jose has held several positions in international organizations positioning the firm as one of the leading players in intellectual property.

His Corporate Law practice includes the incorporation and development of foreign companies in the country. Jose has a broad experience on mergers and corporate transformations, distribution and organization of corporate structures in industries such as textiles, telecommunications, real estate, entertainment, finance, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and health products.

Social Responsability Activities:
FUNDEMAS (Salvadoran Foundation for Social Responsibility) Founding Member since 2001.  FUSADES (Salvadoran Foundation for Social and Economic Development) Founding Member since 2003. KIWANIS CLUB LOS ROBLES Founding Member, 2004; Secretary 2005-2007; Vice President 2007-2008; President 2008-2009.
FUNDACION LIDERA (A Foundation organized by prominent Salvadoran law firms and companies to promote ethics). Founding Member 2008. Vice President 2008- 2010.
FUNDACION PATRIA UNIDA (Foundation to promote citizen initiative for reducing crime and generating jobs) Founding member and 1st. Secretary.
INICIATIVA ESCALON (A private sector initiative to promote sustained development of a residential and business sector known as Colonia Escalon) Member of the founding group.
