Sebastián joined the Firm in 2023, and serves as a paralegal. Among their daily tasks are: Assisting lawyers in the preparation of different process briefs regarding Trademarks, Anti-Piracy, Civil and Commercial Law, as well as Trademark Registration, and following up on judicial processes in their area and in the cases of registrations and cancellations of trademarks, whether national or foreign.

Likewise, it is responsible for presenting and following up on different procedures in the Intellectual Property Registry such as Trademark Registration requests, writings answering preventions, presenting oppositions and appeals, among others.

In addition, Sebastian is responsible for carrying out proceedings before various government institutions, such as: Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, the General Customs Office, Consumer Ombudsman's Office, Attorney General's Office, and mayors' offices.

He is currently studying his fifth year of a degree in Legal Sciences at the Doctor José Matías Delgado University.
