Nadya has extensive experience of more than 20 years applied in the legal area, her expertise includes Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Civil, Notarial and Registry Law. His professional career includes experience in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property in other law firms with regional reach.

Among its main functions are advising clients in the event of any administrative or judicial incident and litigation that may arise in the different Intellectual Property procedures. Nadya is a specialist in the analysis, preparation, review and support in the execution of all types of responses to objections or rejections suffered by processes related to Intellectual Property procedures. Likewise, it provides strategies for filing or defending oppositions through administrative and judicial resources.

In litigation matters, it accompanies extrajudicial negotiations for the observance and protection of intellectual property, as well as participates in nullity trials and cancellation of distinctive signs due to lack of use, and is involved in preventive processes of improper use of trademarks, in actions against counterfeiting. , actions in border measures, criminal actions and other Brand Protection proceedings. As a lawyer, she represents our clients in registration, maintenance, and modification of trademarks and other distinctive signs.

She has experience in training in workshops and discussions aimed at the dissemination of actions to protect Intellectual Property and the prevention of the appropriation of these assets, among which are mentioned: Participation as an expert in the workshop “Protection of Notorious and Famous Brands ” carried out by the Intellectual Property Registry of El Salvador. And she has been an invited speaker at the Intellectual Property Chair at the Dr. José Matías Delgado University and the Mónica Herrera School of Communications.

She is a member of legal and Intellectual Property committees in different chambers in El Salvador such as: British Salvadoran Chamber of Commerce and AmCham El Salvador, where she serves as Chairwoman of the Intellectual Property Committee. In addition to being an active member of the Salvadoran Intellectual Property Association (ASPI), and is part of the Data Protection Committee of the INTA (International Trademark Association).

Apart from her Bachelor's in Legal Sciences from the University Dr. José Matías Delgado and her notarial degree, Nadya holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Additionally, her academic background includes a postgraduate degree in New Technologies Law from the Institute of Higher Education in Economics and Business Administration (ISEADE-FEPADE) in coordination with ESEADE – Argentina, and a Specialized Program in Legal Tech and Innovation from ADEN Business School. She also holds various diplomas and certifications in her specialized areas.
