Irene has a long career as a legal professional, dedicated to advising companies in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, as well as in other areas related to business such as the constitution of companies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts International and Labor Law.

She has advised in a variety of business matters for local, regional, and multinational companies.
