Associate of the Corporate and International area. He has solid knowledge in the branches of Corporate Law, Company Law, and related areas, as well as experience in the areas of Intellectual Property and Notaries.

Among its main functions are those of advising national and international clients on corporate transactions of different types such as mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, as well as establishing, managing, modifying and dissolving any type of company. Provides support in the qualification and renewal of entities not domiciled with Public entities, including the Central Reserve Bank (BCR).

Antonio collaborates with the establishment or start of operations in El Salvador of branches of international organizations and companies, as well as in the preparation, negotiation and formalization of civil and commercial contracts for the Firm's clients.  

Legally assists in operational aspects with passenger, cargo and mail transportation companies, as well as supports the regulatory management of these companies with all public entities related to the transportation sector. He works with different companies in the “duty-free” category in El Salvador, managing the permits and authorizations for the operation of these companies before the Salvadoran authorities.

His professional career, prior to joining the firm, includes more than seven years in different prestigious international law firms, which has allowed him to establish himself as a professional in the Corporate area and has developed strong research, analysis and resolution skills. of problems, resulting in the successful delivery of comprehensive legal advice to the different queries and requirements from clients.

He has experience in training and discussions on Corporate Law, Legal Tech and Innovation, among which are mentioned: Participation as an expert in the Central American Symposium on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce 2023 held in El Salvador by the Lex Mundi network.

He is a member of the Innovation, Technology, Science and Venture Capital Committee of the British Salvadoran Chamber of Commerce (BRITCHAM).

Antonio has a bachelor’s degree in legal sciences from the Doctor José Matías Delgado University, as well as a specialization in Legal Tech and Innovation from the George Washington University-School of Business. He is currently studying a Master of Law in International Business at ADEN Business School, to continue expanding his knowledge.
