Orfilia joined the Firm in 2022 and serves as a paralegal. Among her daily tasks are: Assisting lawyers in the preparation of different documents in Labor, Commercial and Real Estate matters, such as Minutes of General Shareholders’ Meetings, Deeds, POA’s, Settlements, Leases, Purchases and Sales Agreements, Promissory Notes, questionnaires, investigations, among others.
She assists in the creation and constitution of various types of Companies, both domestic and foreign. Likewise, she oversees preparing and filing different procedures at the Registry of Commerce and Real Estate and Mortgages, such as Appointment of Auditors, Managers and Boards of Directors, Deposit of Bylaws and Financial Statements, Extracted Certifications, Lack of Assets, among others.
In addition, she is responsible for carrying out procedures before several government institutions, such as the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Government and Territorial Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Investment Office, and City Halls.
She is currently in her fifth year of a bachelor’s degree in legal sciences at the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA).
