Irene has a long career as a legal professional, dedicated to advising companies in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, as well as in other areas related to business such as the incorporation of companies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cross border agreements and labor law.

She has advised in a variety of business matters for local, regional, and multinational companies.

As part of her professional development, she has a Law degree from the Dr. José Matías Delgado University, having graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1995 and was authorized to practice law de same year.

Likewise, within her training and professional growth she has attended various local and international diploma courses and seminars, including a Diploma in Finance and a Diploma in Common Law in the United States of America.
