Marta joined the Firm in 2021 as Business Development Manager. He has more than 28 years of experience in ​​Business Administration and Development, Public Relations, and Customer Service.

Before joining the Firm, she worked for 9 years as a Private Banking Manager in a Financial Institution with a regional presence.

Among her tasks as Business Development Manager are Support both external and internal clients in identifying and developing new business opportunities, extending our portfolio of services focused on multidisciplinary consultancies. Provide timely advice and comprehensive planning in special projects, which allows our clients to know the risks, develop strategies to minimize them, reduce total costs significantly and avoid unforeseen events that may delay successful execution. Additionally, monitor the services provided by the Firm, to evaluate client satisfaction and identify new support requirements.

She has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA) and diplomas in Senior Management from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), a diploma in Project Management from the Technological University of El Salvador and a diploma in Customer Service “Service First” from Banco Promerica. In addition, she has a FIBA ​​AMLCA certification.
