Gabriel joined the firm in 2014 as manager of the Notarial and Registry Department. It is responsible for verifying the quality of all documents to be incorporated into the Notarial Books, observing the legal requirements and current regulations.

As part of his professional development he has attended courses in Civil, Commercial and Registry matters; and recently, he has completed a diploma in the New Law of Administrative Procedures, and the Law of Administrative Litigation and the Law against Money and Asset Laundering.

Gabriel is also an expert in advising national and international clients in real estate transactions, as well as permanent advice to NGOs in the review of contracts; preparation and review of board meetings and member assembly; advise on different procedures before the Registry of Non-Profit Associations and Foundations, among others. In addition, advising on notarial procedures, including inheritance acceptance procedures, real estate correction procedures, identity deeds, among others.

Gabriel has a degree in Legal Science from the Doctor José Matías Delgado University, authorized as a Lawyer of the Republic of El Salvador in June 2017 and as a Notary in January 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel served as a Legal Officer for a Financial Institution.

He is an international member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Salvadoran Chamber of Real Estate of El Salvador.
