As we have previously addressed, the brand is one of the main assets of any business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our firm we always explain to entrepreneurs about the importance of protecting their brand and the \u201cknow how\u201d of the company, since these are the elements that serve as a guide for the expansion of a successful business system, the essence of the format franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of every entrepreneur is for his company (franchisor) to last over time, grow and develop even beyond borders; and for this, the expansion franchise model is ideal since it allows for methodical replication of that \u201cknow how\u201d, allowing a third party (the franchisee) to use the brand under a standardization scheme that allows the public to have options to satisfy their needs. their needs without observing differentiations or changes in qualities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Franchises are a profitable and successful business model as long as there is permanent support from the franchisor to the franchisee.
