On January 21 of the current year, the Legislative Assembly approved Transitory Decree No 929 that will grant leave with pay on March 2 for all people who participate in the aforementioned electoral event, so that the Board Members Electoral and Municipal Representatives, Vote Receiving Boards, Heads of Voting Centers, Supervisors, Representatives, Delegates and Monitors of Voting Centers enjoy this benefit. The Presidential Sanction is pending, which is why publication in the Official Gazette has not occurred; so it is expected that it will come into effect in the coming days. We recommend that our clients and the general public take the necessary measures to avoid inconveniences with the competent authorities in labor matters.
