Vital Voices of El Salvador

The Vital Voices Global Partnership Non-Governmental Organization was born from the successful initiative of the US government. Vital Voices Democracy Initiative in 1997. It was founded by First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton and former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright after the 4th Conference for Women of the United Nations in Beijing, and under its auspices.
Vital Voices Global Partnership identifies, empowers and empowers women opinion leaders and entrepreneurs around the world, helping them create a better world for all. VVGP invests in women who are creating economic opportunities, promoting political reforms and / or safeguarding human rights, since they firmly believe in the transformative power of women’s participation in society.
The Voces Vitales Global team and staff at an international level have more than 1,000 pro bono partners, experts and collaborators, including corporate, government and NGO executives, who have trained and guided more than 14,000 women leaders from more than 144 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean. These women in turn have returned to their homes to train and train more than 500,000 women and girls in their communities. They are the Vital Voices of our time.
Vital Voices works hard to position itself at the head of international coalitions to fight:
Human trafficking
The HIV / AIDS epidemic
All forms of violence against women and girls
VVGP seeks to help women become agents of change in their governments, advocate for social justice and promote democracy and respect for the law. It provides women with the necessary tools to help them meet the needs of their families, expand their businesses, generate employment in their communities and believe in themselves through technical assistance in business management and development and marketing and communication skills.
