Virginia has been with the Intellectual Property Department of the firm since 2013.

She is responsible for assisting clients in relation to the legal and technical requirements in connection with Regulatory Affairs.

She works with the National Management of Medicines in the pre and post registration procedures of medicines, cosmetics, hygienic products, chemicals and establishments. She also assists clients before the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, specifically in relation to the verification of imported veterinary products, foodstuffs, medicines and agrochemicals as well as before the Ministry of Health for food products, beverages and alcoholic beverages.

Virginia is dedicated to advising clients in the necessary processes to make their products available to the end consumer, ensuring access to high quality products for the population, to provide health needs, feeding, hygiene to increase the quality of Salvadorans life.

As part of her professional development, she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in logistics and operations in 2018. In her training and professional growth, she has attended various seminars and training courses that make her an updated professional on economic and legal issues.

Before joining the firm, she had 10 years of experience in the area of consumer goods, where she served as coordinator of Health Registries for internationally recognized laboratories of innovative medicines, and additionally she has completed customs procedures and tenders for her clients.
