Beatriz has been with the Firm since 2015. She is an associate of Corporate Department and acting as the Coordinator of the Labor Unit

Among her functions includes providing legal advice, legal opinions and perform audits that clarifies the management of relations between companies and their staff and establishes the compliance with labor standards, development of internal labor regulations, individual and collective labor contracts, code of ethics, labor practices and policies; legal advice on the prevention of labor disputes and the maintenance of a harmonious relationships between employees and the company, negotiation with workers and relations with trade unions, as well as providing legal advice on migration and immigration to obtain work permits.

She has more than 10 years of experience working in the corporate area, including corporate maintenance, establishment of new companies, establishment of subsidiaries and foreign investment and day to day legal assistance to ensure the development of operations and decision making in organizations, advising international organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations, specialized in electronic commerce, international trade, immigration, registration, labor, distribution contracts, construction contracts.

In addition, she is a professor of law students in the graduation seminar at UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA DE EL SALVADOR, in the pre-specialties of CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL LAW, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and ECOMMERCE AND CYBERSECURITY, since 2012 and she has participated as a guest professor in 2014 in the MASTER IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS at UNIVERSIDAD DR JOSÉ MATÍAS DELGADO, in the subject of international economic law, imparting the content on corporate social responsibility, in 2014.
