Mrs.
Romero is the Manager firm’s Corporate and International
Division.
Her practice focuses on corporate governance and all
transactional matters for public and private companies,
domestically and internationally; that involve the establishment
and diversification of corporations; commercial, banking,
mergers & acquisitions and foreign investment issues She has
particular expertise with corporate due diligence, loan
syndication, and the negotiation of operational agreements for
manufacturers and providers across the pharmaceutical, food,
beverage and banking industries.
Prominent representative clients include, among many others,
International Paper Company, Abbot Laboratories, Microsoft
Corporation, Lafise, JP Morgan, and The Moore Company.
Ms. Romero graduated as an Attorney at Law from University Dr.
Jose Matias Delgado, San Salvador in 1996 and is an authorized
Notary Public from the Supreme Court of Justice, San Salvador.
She attended a Course in Commercial Law at the Universidad de
Salamanca, Spain, in 1997, and received her Masters Degree in
International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist
University, Dallas, Texas in 2000.
