Roxana is a responsible Partner of the Banking and Finance Division.
Her practice focuses on assisting different Banks and Financial Institutions, foreign and local, as well as diverse companies in structuring the securing of capital as individual or syndicated loans, collateral structuring and project finance. She has also participated in the creation, constitution and operation of licenses for foreign banks.
She has also been involved in specialized due diligence processes for foreign clients participating in public and private bids for the acquisition of public and private companies, corporate reorganizations, cross-border financings and in structuring and formalizing syndicated loans.
She obtained her law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, in 1996 and is an authorized Notary Public.
Her post graduate studies include a course in Commercial Law at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, in 1997, her masters degree in International and Comparative Law (LL.M) from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas in 2000 and participation in the Cross-Border Transaction Program, from Lex Mundi Institute, Monterey, California in 2004.
Roxana routinely represents the firm at gatherings of our international networks & alliances.
