Romeo is the head of the notarial department of the Banking and Finance Division.

His practice is focused on the structuring and formalization of all types of bank loans, long or short term, as well as the structuring and formalization of security documents.

He is also experienced in the real estate area, having participation in the approval of projects within the various governmental and private organizations.

He obtained his Law degree from University Dr. Jose Matías Delgado in San Salvador on 2006 and is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador to practice law in all its branches.
