Roberto Flores is senior partner and plays an integral role in the management of the firm. Roberto is in charge of the expansion of the firm’s practice areas such as Taxes, Real Estate Tourism, Crisis Management and Environment. He also leads the development of new divisions, such as Romero Pineda Consultores, of which he serves as executive director.
As a result of his current administrative and management functions, Roberto has become the link between the firm and its main business contacts and legal companies in Central America.
In his 20 years of practice, Roberto has obtained expertise in counseling corporate, banking and legal clients. He has provided advice to domestic and international governmental and non-governmental institutions, with an emphasis on international cooperation. He has also served as an advisor to the Presidential Economic Cabinet.
Roberto has been an advisor and member of the Board of Directors of several companies and non-governmental institutions, as well as governmental, tourism and financial entities. At present, Robert advises the Convention Bureau of El Salvador and the Salvadoran Chamber of Tourism.
Roberto obtained his law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, in 1989. In 1990 was authorized as Notary Public. After that he received postgraduate education in international negotiation and high level management.
Roberto has attended and has been a speaker of many seminars, among them: Bank Secrecy and Trust Fund, Modern Financial Operations, Executive Development Training, The Role of Top Management, Commercial Negotiation Workshop, Marketing in Challenging Times, Internal Audit Latin-American Congress, Risk Management, Preparing Central America for its Regional Integration and Free Trade Agreement with the United States of America, Advanced Negotiation Workshop, Central American Congress of Economic Analysis of Law.
