Mr. Magno Tulio Sandoval has been an Associate Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados since 1986.
His practice focuses on counseling domestic and international clients on environmental law.
Magno has experience as consultant to domestic and international institutions, both private and public sector, on the use of Natural Resources and specially Environmental Law and Law related to Water Management. He has actively taken part in the study and preparation of Laws related to his practice.
He obtained his law degree from Universidad de El Salvador in 1971. He has been authorized as Attorney and Notary Public. He has studied legislation regarding riparian law from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UNFAO) in Rome, Italy.
At Rome University he studied courses on Agricultural Law (1974). He is a professor at several universities on Agricultural and Environmental Law.
He has written two books on agriculture and hydro resources and is the co-author of the book “Agricultural Law and Agricultural Justice” with french author Jean Masrevery, published by FAO, and is the author of the book “Legislación de Aguas de Centro América y Panamá- México-Caribe” (also published by FAO). Soon to publish a book on Agricultural and Enviromental Law, as a text book for superior studies.
