Mrs. Mónica Aguirre has been an Associate Attorney at Romero Pineda since 2004.
Mónica is the Attorney in charge of the Intellectual Property Division. She contributes to the notarial practice of the firm and she is also involved in the tributary practice. Her legal practice also includes Intellectual Property, Civil Law, Corporate Law, Notarial Law, and Tax.
Her responsibilities at the Firm include the drafting of legal opinions and reports. Additionally she interacts with the governmental authorities to solve routine and special problems. She provides legal advise to our clients regarding importation, distribution and commercialization of their products and their sanitary registrations.
Monica obtained her law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, in San Salvador, in 1998. In 2002 was authorized as Attorney and Notary Public. She obtained a diploma in Legal English at the University of Tulane, New Orleans. Mónica has participated in seminars furnished by Health, Notarial and Taxes authorities.
