Mrs. Linda Pleitez has been an Associated Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados and member of the Corporate Division since 2004.
Her clients come from industries such as textile manufacturers, sporting equipment, technology, food and beverage, health care and communications.
Linda has been hired by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), as local consultant to develop a project called E-REGULATIONS, which contains practical information on national laws and administrative procedures for investment operations in El Salvador. It offers online access to forms and is connected to public offices. The project has already finished and its available on El Salvador’s Investment Promotion Agency (www.proesa.com.sv) web site.
Linda obtained her law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, in 2003. In 2004 was authorized as Attorney and in 2005 as Notary Public. Linda also holds a Masters Degree in Business and Corporate Law (LL.M) from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
