Mr. José Luis Chavez has been an Associate Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados, and member of the Corporate and International Division since 2006.

Since joining the Firm, José Luis has been advising clients in all types of bids and administrative contracting procedures of the Government; general corporate advice to diverse clients, both national and foreign, as well as the preparation, negotiation and formalization of all types of contracts.

Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for other local Firms, as well as government entities.

José Luis obtained his law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, in 2004. In 2006 was authorized as Notary Public.

He also has participated in different courses and seminars of Administrative Law and Public Bids, taught by entities such UNAC and FESPAD, as well as seminars and courses of Maritime Law and Ports taught by the Maritime and Port Authority of El Salvador.
