Mr. Francisco Serarols has been an Associate Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados, and member of the Litigation Division since 2005.

Since he join the Firm, Francisco has advised and had experience in Environmental Law, International Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Family Law and Intellectual Property.

Francisco obtained his law degree from Universidad de El Salvador in 2003. In 2004 was authorized as Attorney.

He has a masters degree in International Relation with emphasis in Integration, External Cooperation and Development. He has studies in Environmental Law from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado. He has also attended the regional conference on Environmental Law, sponsored by the Economic Commission for Latin America (CEPAL). Francisco holds a degree in Commercial Law from Universidad José Siméon Cañas, and has studied Intellectual Property on World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Francisco also attended a seminar on Mediation and Arbitration in regards to International Commerce, sponsored by FESPAD.
