Mrs. Daisy Martinez has been an Associate Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados, and member of the Litigation Division since 2004.

Daisy has advised and had experience in litigation matters, judicial and extrajudicial debt collection, family cases, remedies and registrations on real estate registry and intellectual property. Her experience also includes commercial, banking and civil law and formalization of bank loans.

Daysi obtained her law degree from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador in 2000. In 2007 was authorized as Attorney and Notary Public.

Daisy has received instruction from Panamerican Consulting Group to be a negotiator. She has received a course on International Arbitration given by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She has studies in Civil and Criminal Appeals before The Supreme Court of Justice, matters given by Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador; studies in Commercial Procedures Law and Family Law, given by Escuela de Capacitación Judicial del Consejo Nacional de la Judicatura; studies in notarial practice and law given by Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas.

Daisy attended a seminar on Mediation and Arbitration in regards to International Commerce, sponsored by FESPAD. She also holds a masters degree in financial and commercial law from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Colombia.
