Miss Villafuerte has been an Associate Attorney of Romero Pineda & Asociados, and member of the Corporate and International Division since 2007.

Her responsibilities at the Firm and experience include corporate legal advice to local and international clients, as well as the preparation, negotiation and formalization of all types of agreements.

Camila has participated in many significant projects for local and international corporations to begin their operations, as well as the performance of due diligence for corporations.

Likewise, she advice international clients who needs to establish an investment in El Salvador, and/or to obtain a legal immigration status in El Salvador.

Camila has experience in property and mercantile registration by carrying out searches and other necessary proceedings to protect property and Real Estate rights. She also has participated in financings granted by internacional and local banks as well as financing institutions.

Her legal experience includes the legal aid for Foundations or Associations that requires legal advice to incorporate a legal entity in El Salvador and conduct operations.

Camila obtained her law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in San Salvador, in 2004. In 2005 was authorized Attorney. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for other local Firms, as well as Salvadoran Banks. She has participated in different courses and seminars of Tax and Registration Law.
