Seasoned perspective is provided by two of our partners, who have more than 20 years of experience in the field. We assist in the structure, documentation and closing of secured and unsecured transactions; structuring of syndicated loans; acquisition of shares of local banks by foreign banks; structuring of collateral and registration before the appropriate registries of property; private lending transactions; cross border loan transactions; conducting due diligence processes of local borrowers on behalf of foreign banks and private lenders; qualification of foreign banks before the Salvadoran Central Bank of Reserve for income tax exemption purposes; project finance; collateral enhancement, etc.
