Marcela is trademark Division
coordinator and is responsible for overseeing approximately
15,000 active matters.
Marcela counsels clients and handles domestic and international
trademark and copyright matters, including clearance,
registration, proper use, licensing, contested administrative
proceedings and litigation. She organizes support staff to
manage this extensive workload. She also oversees international
trademark and intellectual property portfolios and enforcement
programs for large U.S. and multinational corporation.
Marcela obtained her law degree from
Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University in San Salvador in 2003.
