Magno obtained his law degree from
Universidad Nacional de El Salvador in 1965 and was authorized
as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court Justice. He also
attended University of Rome in 1974 where he studied agriculture
law and legal and institutional aspects of hydride resources.
He is a professor of Environmental Law at Dr. Jose Matias
Delgado University.
