Jose is the firm’s Managing Partner.
His intellectual property practice covers patent, trademark and
copyright law and includes registration and enforcement,
technology transfer, as well as licensing and franchising across
all industry segments.
His corporate law practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions,
distribution and organizational structure for a variety of
clients in the telecommunications, real estate, entertainment,
financial, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and healthcare
industries.
Jose received his law degree from Dr. Jose Matias Delgado
University in San Salvador in 1990 and was authorized as a
Notary Public by the Supreme Court Justice in 1991. He received
his Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property (LL.M) from
Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, in 1993.
