Freddy is the division coordinator for the firm’s
Corporate Division.
Freddy counsels clients on the
registration of foreign investments and non-governmental
organizations. His activities include obtaining authorizations
for flight routes, registration of clients with the treasury
department, negotiation of employee indemnification agreements,
and the preparation of incorporation agreements. He is involved
in all facets of business operations, assisting clients in
determining the appropriate form of organization, and drafting
and negotiating diverse types of contracts, including leases,
purchase and sale agreements, and general distribution
agreements.
Freddy obtained his law degree
from Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University in San Salvador in 2000.
Prior to joining Romero Pineda & Asociados he served as legal
advisor to Grupo Didea, an automotive distribution company. He
is a professor of Commercial Contracts at Dr. Jose Matias
Delgado University.
