Francisco is a Senior Paralegal of
the Corporate Division of Romero Pineda & Asociados.
Francisco counsels clients on the corporate organization and
operation of their business.
His activities include the incorporation of Salvadoran
subsidiaries, registration of foreign investment and the
development of Free Zone Operations, Labor, Immigration,
drafting and negotiating contracts such as: Corporate leases,
supply and distribution, credit facility agreements, merger and
acquisition, incorporation of national and foreign Non Profit
Organizations.
Francisco obtained his Law Degree from Dr. Jose Matias Delgado
University in 2005.
