Grupo Pochteca, a leader company in the distribution of fine paper and paperboard, as well as high quality chemicals in Mexico, has made a relevant investment to be incorporated in El Salvador under the legal advice of ROMERO PINEDA & ASOCIADOS.
The Firm assisted the Mexican Company for its incorporation and establishment in the country, and the Firm is still advising it in various proceedings in El Salvador.
Grupo Pochteca started its investment in January 2009, and it is expected that its participation in the Salvadoran market will reach significant levels in 2010, and will create new jobs nationwide.
