Accomplishments

• Successful obtaining of the license to incorporate and operate a new bank before all the supervising entities, such as the Superintendence of the Financial System, Central Bank of Reserve, Deposit Guarantee Institute, Salvadoran Stock Exchange, among others. In addition, providing legal advise to the new Bank in all related areas at all levels in the initiation of operations phase.
  
• Obtaining the authorization to reinitiate operations for a large insurance company before the Superintendence of the Financial System, coordinating all the correspondent steps such as inspections, interviews, filing of policies and technical system approvals.
  
• Restructuring of a $13 million collateralized, credit facility, involving structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing.
  
• Representing Administrative Agent in Syndicated $20 million credit facility to a regional gas importing and exporting company and its affiliates.
  
• Representing Lender in a credit facility to a real estate developer for an exclusive housing development project.
• Specialized due diligence for the reactivation of a stock exchange company by a regional bank.
• Representation of the Administrative Agent of a Syndicated Loan for US20 Million granted to a regional gas distribution and exporting company.
• Representing a multinational financial company as Borrower in the granting of a consolidated loan for $260 Million, advising in all negotiations and in the local documentation signed.
