While our litigation division aggressively defends our clients’ rights, we also work to find alternatives to litigation. We therefore assist our clients in evaluating negotiated settlements and/or alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation) when circumstances and business strategies indicate this course of action may be in our clients’ best interest.
 

Our anti-counterfeiting and piracy team monitors potential and reported infractions and works with our clients to manage their multinational anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy strategies and programs. We have extensive enforcement experience and are well equipped to address actions through the civil and criminal courts. We also work closely with Customs to enforce injunctions protecting our clients’ rights.
